Throughout my career, I have specialized in application modernization efforts in both internal and client facing roles.  My unique background in Production Management, Client Management, Project Management and Change Management enable me to blend many perspectives into my work.  I love to learn, and my natural curiosity is a perfect fit for digging into understanding the “why” in requirements which I then communicate to my team.

I started my career at a small benefits administration company, and I had the amazing opportunity to move into a management position very quickly. Over the last decade, I’ve managed many people and projects and developed strong opinions on what it takes to build a team for success. Teams are all about building relationships, and my goal is to share the tips insights I’ve learned to help new managers be the most successful.

In addition, I enjoy presenting on technical topics including Domain Driven Design (DDD) & Microservices. In my free time, I love golfing, reading, playing board games and spending time with my family & friends.
